New Business
Motion: To approve the Executive Committee recommendation for a time limit of five minutes for all those giving reports.
Motion: To approve the Executive Committee recommendation for a time limit of 10 minutes for all guest speakers plus a Q&A session.
Motion: To approve the operation of a booth in Old Town, managed by our Fundraising and Events Committee, to celebrate our 250th Independence Day anniversary on the 4th of July, subject to funding approved by the Executive Committee.
