MEETING CALL FOR WEDNESDAY, April 15

  • 7:00 PM – Introduction and Welcome

    • Chairman Geary    

  • Selection of Temporary Secretary

  • Approval of the Agenda

  • Invocation

  • Pledge of Allegiance

  • Nomination and Election of the Executive Committee       

    • The following nominations are proposed:           

      • Kenny Loveless – Vice Chairman

      • Zach Murphy – Secretary

      • Debbie Edenhart – Treasurer

      • Ben Walters – Chairman, Communications/Social Media Committee

      • Eric Brescia – Chairman, Campaign Operations (Data) Committee

    • Additional positions available:           

      • Fundraising and Events Committee Chairman

      • Volunteer and Membership Recruitment Committee Chairman

      • Precinct Operations Committee Chairman

  • Appointment of Immediate Past Chairman as Advisor to the Executive Committee

  • Appointment of Manassas Republican Party Headquarters (HQ) Committee Chairman

  • Motion:       

    • That all matters concerning the HQ facility must be proposed and managed through the HQ Committee, subject to funding approved by the Executive Committee.

  • Motion:       

    • To approve a new standing rule that all speakers shall be limited to three (3) minutes when speaking in debate of any debatable proposal.

  • Motion:       

    • To approve the top five priorities developed at the March 11, 2026 Strategy Meeting at SFMC, including:

      • Re-elect our candidates

      • Recruit new additional candidates

      • Increase our membership

      • Establish and support new fundraising and social events

      • Establish a new meeting venue

  • Motion:       

    • To approve the co-sponsorship of the PWCRC/Manassas GOP Gala fundraiser featuring Larry O’Connor as the keynote speaker on May 2nd

  • City Council Update
