Unanimously Approved Standing Rules*

  • Three (3) minute time limit for all speakers when speaking in debate of any debatable proposal

  • Five (5) minute time limit for all those giving reports

  • Ten (10) minute time limit for all guest speakers plus a Q&A session

  • Can be modified during a meeting with a 2/3 vote of voting members present.
