This meeting will be held at Old Towne Sports Pub, 8971 Center St, Manassas, VA 20110. We will be voting on revised and updated by-laws in compliance with the new State Party Plan released in August. The new by-laws clarify our own biennial election process, establish a new dues structure, improve or establish the definition of several terms, streamlines the committee structure, adds the Code of Conduct recommended by the State Party Plan, and improves the formatting.
