Wave of Staff Resignations Under Mayor Michelle Davis-Younger and Democrat-run City Council

Mayor Michelle Davis-Younger has failed to foster respect, collaboration, and inclusivity within the city government, leading to a wave of resignations among key officials, including the city manager, creating a sense of instability. The prolonged (it has been more then a year) interim appointment of the police chief as city manager has only deepened the leadership void.
